Picturesque front and back porches do indeed give you the feeling of the old home place. The spacious living room features a cathedral ceiling and a stone fireplace. Adjoining eat in kitchen, with exit to the back porch is near the laundry alcove and full downstairs bath, for convenient completion of household chores. The centrally located staircase leads to the upstairs balcony for a lovely view of the living room area. Also, upstairs are two spacious bedrooms and a full bath.

The basic "Old Home Place", as with all our plans, can be expanded or enlarged. Custom plans will be priced on request.
